Fork & Pillow Loyalty Programme (launched 01/06/2020)
Terms and Conditions

By joining and participating in the programme, you agree to follow terms and conditions as below:

1. All members of the programme must be aged 18 years or over.

2. You may collect points and redeem your rewards when shopping online at Fork & Pillow website only.

3. Unless otherwise indicated, points are earned on all purchases except gift cards.

4. Points cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers or discounts unless otherwise stated.

5. The points and rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.

6. Points earned and/or redeemed will be updated on your Fork & Pillow digital membership account. You will be notify about the balance every time you make a purchase something in our store or redeem your points.

7. Loyalty programme accounts, points, rewards cannot be transferred, bought or sold.

8. Fork & Pillow can terminate your participation in the programme if you have not used your account (to collect points or redeem rewards) for a period of 24 months or for any breach of these terms and conditions.

9. The programme terms and conditions, member’s benefits are subject to change at any time. Fork & Pillow reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the programme at any time and in its sole discretion.

10. Any changes, modifications, or termination of any part of the programme or its terms will be effective immediately upon publication of those changes on Fork & Pillow website.

11. All programme participants will be informed about forthcoming changes min 2 days in advance. Your continued participation in the programme will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop participating in the programme (see point 13).

12. Your personal information will be used by Fork & Pillow to manage your membership of our loyalty programme, for sales and marketing analysis and to send you our offers of new promotions, special discounts and new arrivals.

13. You can end your participation in the programme or opt-out for our email marketing or both at any time by sending an email to sales@forkandpillow.sg.
